Keep in touch with the traveler and confirm with your receiver when he/she has received the baggage. Pay the amount (Whatever the payment option has been decided between both the parties)

Build your credibility and trust by receiving recommendations from the sender (if you are a traveler) or from a traveler (if you are a sender).

Fill out your necessary details either as a traveler or sender and tap search. The posts related to your search will appear. If there are no related searches, then a screen will appear which will prompt you to try another date or enter new request.
Note: Once you sign in using facebook or google plus, you will not be able to change the email address and name during filling out the booking. Purpose is to provide extra security and ensure that your booking is registered with the same name as your name is social accounts.
Besides, only one phone number and ID card number will be assigned to one account to make the security system strict.

NO! Travoney platform prohibits both traveler and sender to entertain any sealed package and prohibited items. In order to know which baggage items are allowed, check out the Travoney’s Baggage Policy.
If you are traveling via airplane, go through the baggage policy of the concerned airlines. Extra care should be taken when traveling via airplane. While you carry the items, it’s important for you to understand how the laws work in your city and country and comply with law and regulatory policies.
Whether you create a new post or apply on the sender’s post, you will be asked to specify the prices for the different items. This screen also enables you to select the different types of baggages you can carry and specify their respective amounts as well.
For example, you are traveling from Karachi to Islamabad and your baggage space does not allow you to carry heavy weight parcels. However, the weight of documents will not let you earn sufficient amount, therefore, in the baggage items screen, you can specify the amount for delivering documents.
Similarly, if you cannot carry electronics and fragile material, therefore you will select all except fragile and electronics items and specify your amount for each section if you want. If you leave as it is, there will be no additional charges apart from rate/kg.
In order to keep transparency, there is no option of editing the journey. You will have to create a new post in order to create a revised one.
Once you have created a post, you will be redirected to the dashboard screen where you can see your post. By clicking on the post, you can see how your post will appear to the other party.
Whenever anyone applies on your request, you will receive a notification. In case you do not receive any notification, you can check out the requests on “Received Requests” screen or by checking into Dashboard>your post>Requests.
In case you apply on the other party’s post, you can check the summary of your post in “Applied Requests” screen. You will always receive a notification for every response Message, request accepted, delivery completed etc but in case you do not receive the notification, you can go and check your applied requests screen. Once your request has been accepted, you will see 3 options below:
a. Track delivery
b. User Info (In case you are a traveler)
c. Cancel delivery
i. Delivery completed
If you are a traveler and you have completed the delivery, click on the delivery completed.
ii. Cancel Delivery
In case you have changes in plan or you do not find the other party reliable, you can cancel the delivery. A screen will appear which will ask you to specify the reason.
iii. Back to main screen
Come back later to this screen if you the delivery has not been completed yet.
Once you have created a post either as a traveler or sender, you will be redirected to the dashboard where you can find your post. Wait for the requesters who wish to apply on your request. You will receive a notification of the request, however you can also find a list of requests on “Received requests” screen.
Travoney automatically matches your bookings with the similar ones created by other parties and displays it on the “Received Requests” screen. In this case, you will not receive a notification.
Share your created post on social media platforms and invite friends who send or travel too frequently in order to give more exposure to your post.
Travoney protects your sensitive information from the other users and only shares your personal and contact details when you accept the request of the other party.
For example, you want to send a package to a destination and tap “Search travelers”. You come across the travelers who are going to the same destination, before actually directly contacting them via phone number, you will be required to communicate via in-app messaging system. Once the deal gets finalized, you can then complete the booking. Once the other party accepts your request, yours and receiver’s contact details will be shared to the traveler after which he/she may communicate with you via personal contact number.
Your list will automatically expire when the booking date has been passed. All bookings will be expired within a month.
The rates you decide are completely up to you. As a new user of application, you may want to charge attractive rates (far lesser than the delivery agents) to attract the senders. This will help you attract initial senders and help you get some reviews. As you receive recognition, you may increase your rates however your rates are entirely dependent upon your point of origin and destination, modes of travel etc. But it’s between you and sender what you quoted and whether sender has agreed to pay that rate.
For example, you are a traveler and you will have to pay extra attention to the fragile material and important documents. Since these are the items which have less weight but are of much worth, therefore you can specify the extra amount for handling these types of items like 200 PKR for fragile, 500 PKR for documents. Still, it’s entirely up to you. You may not want to charge extra money if there is already a big weight to carry with yourself which will lead you to earn good amount already. Overall, your total invoice should be less than the ones quoted by the delivery agents. The purpose is to allow yourself to earn a sufficient amount of money for delivering the light elements which have much worth but light weight.
The total invoice can be calculated via the following formula:
Total Invoice Value (PKR) = Rate (PKR)/Kg x Weight of the general items (sender’s baggage weight) + Special items amount (Fragile + documents + electronics + textile + Food).
The sender must specify the types of items in his baggage and if the traveler specifies the amount for the special items sender specified, that amount will be added to the invoice.
Pricing, location, time, date and mode of payment is mutually decided traveler and sender. So once your contact has been mutually established, you can talk to each other and discuss the details. We would request both Traveler and Sender to do all due diligence at their end before going ahead with the transaction.

However, Travoney shall share with you ID card& other necessary credentials of that person which you can use to proceed with the legal action. Upon confirmation of the case you provide in the form a reason form (Will display when you click on Cancel delivery), the account of that person will be banned.

You can respond to the request made before your travel date but it would be a good idea to respond as soon as you can since sender will be considering different options.

For user safety, Travoney team recommends sender and traveler should meet at mutually agreed public place to handover the unsealed package. Sender can suggest meeting location by suggesting Drop Point in the map. Traveler will see the meeting location suggested by the sender and will act accordingly.
